History
c wenger group has
served clients in the areas of customer satisfaction and
marketing research, service quality assessment, and customer
service/sales training for 17 years.
Our clients consist of both nationally known and smaller
companies including John Deere Credit, Carlson Companies
(Radisson Hotels, Country Inns), Digital River, The Bergquist
Company, Target, Principal Financial Group, Cabela's
and many others. Client companies range in size from a few
million dollars to several billion dollars in annual sales,
but they all have this in common – they operate customer
contact centers of various types and they have become proven
leaders in their respective industries.
